About the position

As an inside sales representative at Biotech Fluidics, your goal is to support and relieve the sales organization and its goal of continuing to increase sales. You will work to administer and manage incoming orders from customers via email and phone. The customers are both small companies and global corporations. Your mission will primarily be to process and strengthen the relationship with existing customers. The position requires experience in independently and purposefully working to develop existing customers. Main responsibilities;

  • Receive incoming orders, register them, and keep the customer updated until delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via phone and email.
  • Quotation work and pricing as well as follow-up on these.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials.
  • Activities related to trade fairs.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in technical inside sales and order reception. As a person, you have good communication skills, find it easy to collaborate with others, and build trust both internally and externally. To succeed in the role, you need to have a pronounced customer focus, be proactive, and structured to drive your work forward. Biotech Fluidics is a smaller company in terms of employees, so it is important that you are responsive and enjoy working in a team.

Your qualifications:

  • A few years of previous experience as an inside sales representative, with experience in Chemistry, Biopharma, or MedTech being highly meritorious.
  • Relevant post-secondary education in sales or solid work experience. Competence in Chemistry, biology, physics, or technology is an advantage.
  • Very good system and data skills, in CRM and ERP. Experience with Visma admin 2000, Lime, power BI is an advantage.
  • Communicates fluently in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
  • Holds a B driver's license and has access to a car.
