We are now ready to welcome new buddies to 3Butikerna Kungsbacka and Frölunda for an initial hourly position with the possibility of full-time work this summer. 3Butikerna is one of the most important channels for Tre when it comes to creating satisfied and loyal customers. We achieve this through our service focus, knowledge, and commitment!

A Day as a Salesperson in Our 3Butik

It’s the start of a new day. You make sure to prepare the store for the day, ensure that the store is clean and tidy, check sales results, and set goals for the day. You read up on our latest product launch and our ongoing campaigns. Soon you open the store and are ready for the day’s first customer meeting.

Throughout the day, you and your manager will review sales, customer satisfaction, daily operations, and you will receive regular coaching. You stay updated on training, new products, campaigns, and services. Together with your colleagues, you strive to meet the store's budget and deliver high-quality customer interactions.

Who Are You?

We believe you are service-oriented and interested in sales. As a person, you are relationship-building and communicative, driven by working towards goals. We also see that you are responsible and a true buddy! Working as a Salesperson in 3Butik means that your working hours will be scheduled both during the day and in the evening, as well as weekdays and weekends, so it is a requirement that this fits your life situation. You also need to be at least 18 years old and able to speak Swedish and English.
