About the Job

We are now looking for a service specialist in hardware service for our client in Malmö! As part of the team, you will handle complaints, solve technical problems, and troubleshoot hardware. The assignment is initially for 6 months with a chance of extension and eventually a direct employment with the company. Does this sound like something for you? Your Main Responsibilities

You will handle complaints, receive customer cases, and deliver quick and smooth solutions
Order and deliver hardware to technicians across the country
Coordinate and collaborate both internally and externally
Troubleshoot hardware and solve technical problems

The position is full-time during office hours Monday to Friday. The company is located in newly built premises in central Malmö with very good transport links. In this role, you will belong to a larger team of service specialists with the opportunity to work together in a dedicated workspace.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the position, we see that you have the following:

An education in IT is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in IT and technology
Previous experience in IT or technical support is an advantage but not a requirement
You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
You are responsible, driven, and see challenges as an opportunity to develop – even when it involves learning from mistakes
