Experienced Leader in Semiconductor Production

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Leading and coaching the maintenance group for Lithography and Wet Chem.
• Ensuring effective and accurate maintenance efforts and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions.
• Developing work methods and technologies to support efficiency, quality, capacity, and safety.
• Identifying areas for improvement and driving the implementation process.
• Planning and securing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work in the wafer factory.
• Developing maintenance processes for new systems in the wafer factory.
• Following up and reporting key maintenance-related metrics.
• Managing spare parts and ensuring the right parts are in stock.
• Developing and maintaining necessary documentation and procedures.
• Possibly driving projects for the installation of new equipment and upgrades, managing spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, technical physics, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in areas such as mechanics, electronics, vacuum systems, and testing.
• Solid experience in production and maintenance work, with experience in semiconductors being an advantage.
• Experience working hands-on with advanced equipment.
• Documented leadership skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• The ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• High IT maturity with good knowledge of the Office suite and other relevant systems for the role.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
