Home Care is looking for Specialist Nurses and Registered Nurses!

Join our home care team – we are looking for both specialist and registered nurses.

Currently, home care is seeking more specialist nurses and registered nurses. Are you a nurse, district nurse, have specialist training in elderly care, medical care, and wish for a workplace with greater freedom where you can influence your workday? Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of patients. This means that you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and nursing interventions. You are responsible for guiding, educating, and delegating nursing staff. You work person-centered by involving the patient in decisions and collaborating closely with relatives and the team around the patient.

You regularly collaborate with primary care based on a patient focus. You will also collaborate with several actors according to the health and medical care agreement where the region, municipality, and primary care are included to meet the individual’s care needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, with at least two years of work experience. In addition, you have:

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Insight into applicable legislation, establishing goals and guidelines
• Good digital competence
• B driver's license
• Good cycling habits.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Work experience in working with people with mental illness, psychiatric diagnoses, and/or dementia diseases
• Work experience from municipal health and medical care
• Specialist training in a relevant field
• Good experience in collaborating with other authorities and being part of various networks
• Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita
