Participants Needed for Incontinence Protection Study

We are looking for eight experienced nursing assistants to participate in a study on incontinence protection. The study aims to test and evaluate different products in practical use for individuals with varying degrees of mobility – from independent movement to bedridden individuals requiring lifts.

About the assignment:

• The study will be conducted in Malmö during weeks 23 and 24. A preliminary study will take place on April 22.
• It consists of 4 phases, where each phase is a full day.
• You will be involved in applying and evaluating incontinence protection with different levels of mobility.
• The study focuses on the ease of using the product and how it works in practice.
• The work will take place in a test environment with guidance from experts in the field.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant.
• Has at least 5 years of experience working with incontinence protection.
• Has experience using patient lifts from Arjo or other mobile lifts.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
• Is comfortable with patient-related work and has an understanding of hygiene and care routines.
• Is meticulous and follows instructions well.

Practical information:

• Location: Malmö
• Date: Weeks 23 and 24
• Compensation: Provided for participation.
• Participate for one to four days.

Employment

You will receive compensation for each day you participate in the study from Vårdlänken Bemanning Rekrytering,
The compensation is based on how many days you participate in the study.
