About the Role

We are looking for a project manager who wants to drive and develop efficient and stable production for their clients, focusing on machines and automation. You will lead a team that works together to ensure operational reliability, planning, and optimization of production processes for many industrial companies in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to ensure efficient and stable production.
• Plan and optimize industrial processes focusing on machines and automation.
• Be responsible for operational reliability and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Monitor production goals, budgets, and key performance indicators to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments and clients to improve processes and deliveries.
• Drive improvement projects to streamline production.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager, production manager, operations manager, or similar in the industry.
• Good understanding of machines and preferably automation.
• Technical education in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leading teams and developing processes.
• Financial understanding and experience with budget responsibility.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).
