Our team consists of ten engineers who work closely with other teams to build the right environment and test considering their functions and requirements. We are dynamic, supportive, and social. We solve our issues by talking to each other and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Who are you?

Do you dream big? We do too, and we are excited to grow together. As a Product Owner, you have a strong drive to deliver quality assurance and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team, analyzing complex problems, and developing effective solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating across various levels of the organization. To excel in this role, it requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment while ensuring efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement. We believe that you have the following experience and qualifications:

• Five years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the automotive industry
• Experience in Software in Loop or Hardware in Loop and closed loop simulation

Meritorious to have:

• Knowledge in Vehicle Motion and Dynamics Control
• Experience in developing or using simulation models (Carmaker, Truckmaker, ASM etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation, as well as the knowledge of the virtual ECU (vECU) testing

What’s in it for you?

As the Product Owner of the Vehicle Motion Management (VMM) SIL team, you will lead the development and maintenance of a high-quality test environment. Overseeing the VMM SIL process, you will ensure that tests provide accurate and reliable feedback. Synchronizing with other testing levels is essential to ensure VMM releases software with confidence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align with project goals and timelines. Driving continuous improvement in VMM SIL/HIL processes and test methodologies is a key part of the role. Managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of features and updates will be your responsibility. Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.

In this role, you will report to the Quentin Demory - Group Manager MIL/SIL.
