Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior FPGA Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Oversee and manage FPGA development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical and business objectives.
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the planning, execution, and risk management of FPGA-based systems for neutron detector readout.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of FPGA solutions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous process improvements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of FPGA solutions in real-world applications.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in project management within FPGA or hardware development environments.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, digital design, and hardware verification processes.
• Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management in engineering projects.
• Knowledge of FPGA development tools such as Vivado, Quartus, or Libero.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to drive technical teams toward successful outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in scientific instrumentation or neutron detector systems is a plus.
