Are you a leader with a passion for agile development driven by creating value and an inspiring environment? We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) who can take our teams to the next level.
Join us in developing a robust voting system that ensures free and transparent elections. Help us make society possible!
About the job
In the role of Release Train Engineer, you will lead an organization with eight development teams. You will work in an agile context, and the teams you lead deliver to the Election Authority. The teams work on further development, management, and operations, and participate in election execution. You create a positive work environment, support the well-being of the teams, and provide guidance to ensure we meet our goals. You lead the Train Management and together you coach teams and team members, teach agile methodology, and contribute to developing our agile capability. In your choice of methods, you balance the practical with the analytical to select the methods that fit best.
You will lead our increment planning in an inspiring and effective way that creates value and transparency. You continuously work on following up and improving in our efforts towards our common goals and priorities. Feedback and retrospectives are seen as natural parts of a journey to become better, and you build relationships that create engagement. You work data-driven and create success recipes for how we develop both within our teams and within our Agile Release Train (ART).
With us, you will have the opportunity for continuous development and learning in your work. You have knowledgeable colleagues with whom you exchange experiences, and you can develop both breadth and depth with us. Thanks to being a large IT organization, we can offer good opportunities for internal mobility. You receive a wellness hour each week and wellness benefits.
