Are you an experienced Solution Architect looking for an exciting long-term opportunity? XCOLL is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Service BOM and Design BOM alignment, Change Management, and Document Management. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless integration between service and design structures, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency across projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Align Service BOM and Design BOM to ensure seamless integration, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Support and enhance Change Management and Document Management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define, develop, and implement scalable solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic insights to improve workflows and optimize BOM structures.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices for configuration management and documentation control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines while maintaining data integrity and version control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong background in BOM alignment and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of Change Management and Document Management methodologies, with experience implementing and maintaining these processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and applications in BOM and document management.
• Experience working with PLM systems and tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
• Technical expertise, including knowledge of engineering principles and software systems, is beneficial but not mandatory.
