Who are you? You have the ability to identify customer needs and take the initiative to find solutions. Your expertise makes customers and clients feel secure, and you contribute to creating a positive experience for everyone involved. With us, you will be involved in creating structures. In the team, you do not need to be the one who knows everything; we like to help each other understand the whole picture.

You also have:

• Worked as a functional consultant within Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales and Customer Service).
• Knowledge of how to configure Dynamics based on business needs.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• It is a plus if you have experience with Field Service or Marketing.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
