Drama Teacher for the Cultural School

With us, you will be an important cog in creating a safe and creative learning environment for our children and youth. We are now looking for a drama teacher with theater/drama as their primary interest. Töreboda Cultural School also offers instruction in musical instruments, solo singing and choir singing, dance, and drama/theater. The cultural school also offers a variety of ensembles that children and youth can participate in.

As a drama teacher, you will teach students in groups.

The position is a temporary contract of 20% during the spring term of 2025. We can agree on the scheduling of working hours. There may also be an extension of the position into the fall.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You have good experience in theater/drama work.

It is an advantage if you have a pedagogical education.

You are pedagogical and adapt your teaching to the student's level.

You have an easy time collaborating with colleagues, guardians, and other stakeholders.

It is important that you are a reliable person with an approach that aligns with the cultural school's values. You should have a positive outlook on life, but above all, you should be someone who feels joy, enthusiasm, and curiosity about this assignment and the challenges that this work entails. In your working method, you have a clear structure, and you are flexible and see opportunities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

SALARY: Individual salary setting; salary expectations should be stated in the application.
