JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your position will involve organizing and structuring your work based on specified goals. You will adapt your teaching according to each student's conditions, and your lessons will be characterized by clear expectations, a calm working environment, and a desire to learn. Furthermore, you will support students in handling conflicts that arise and teach children in need of special support. An important part of the job is to systematically follow the students' knowledge development. You will work according to current routines for individual development plans and written assessments. You will strive to create a classroom situation where all students can succeed based on their conditions. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues, student health services, students, and guardians to create a safe and developing environment for the students. Your assignment includes mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a certified teacher for grades 4-6. You have the ability to inspire students and develop their interest in the subjects. Experience in teaching Swedish as a second language is an advantage. You strive to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. You have good collaboration skills and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents. You should share the values and approaches described in our employee and leadership policy.
