Key Responsibilities:

• In-Platform Quality Assurance: Regularly audit the platform to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Audience Testing: Proactively identify, test, and resolve potential issues to prevent disruptions in operations.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve platform incidents efficiently.
• CDP Configurations & Governance: Oversee configuration management, approval workflows, and user access governance to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• First-Line Support: Provide hands-on support for both regional and central teams, assisting with technical queries and issues.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Keep thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides to support scalability and effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaboration with Engineering & Data Teams: Partner with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines, address technical challenges, and enhance CDP functionality.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine processes to improve efficiency in audience activation, segmentation, and data governance practices.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience with SaaS applications, including CDPs, marketing automation platforms, and data integration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, particularly within GCP BigQuery environments.
• Experience with CDP solutions such as Hightouch, Mparticle, Segment, or ActionIQ is highly advantageous.
• A solid understanding of how CDP systems support business users in achieving their objectives, as well as how they integrate with essential business functions.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements and the importance of role-based access control (RBAC) for managing configurations, user access, and platform governance processes.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration across teams.
