We are a cheerful team based in our offices in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka or our office at Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden. We focus on the customer and the best possible quality in the work we do.

To apply for the position with us, you must meet the following basic requirements:

• You are a trained Care Assistant according to the National Vocational Package of the Swedish National Agency for Education with 800 credits.
• You have a valid license from the National Board of Health and Welfare for the protected professional title Nursing Assistant.
• You have experience working in home care.
• You have a B driver's license or can cycle/drive an electric moped (class 2 if you do not have a driver's license).
• You master Swedish in speech and writing and can document in social journals.

Other important qualities:

• You preferably live in Nacka municipality or in a neighboring municipality.
• You are used to working independently.
• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You are resilient to stress and used to taking responsibility.
• You are familiar with working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive attitude.

You have a genuine interest in helping individuals in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs. You have the ability to handle even the more pressured situations.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes providing the care and support they are entitled to according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Your tasks may include assistance with:

• Care and personal hygiene
• Support with dressing and undressing
• Social support
• Meals
• Cleaning and laundry
• Shopping
• Supervision
• Accompanying to the doctor
• Escorting to activities outside the home
• Respite care for family support where we temporarily relieve the family member
• And much more

Work period and hours:

We offer either day or evening schedules with shifts every other weekend in a rolling two-week schedule. There is also the possibility to work as needed.

Day schedule working hours: 07:15 - approx. 16:15 or evening schedule: 15:45 - approx. 22:45. There are variations of fixed schedules with different working degrees.

We have two offices in Nacka Municipality to be close to our clients. One office in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka and one office in Saltsjöbaden. We believe you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome. Please indicate if you prefer to work from the Nacka or Saltsjöbaden office or if it does not matter.

About us:

Annelies Home Care Team is a private company founded in 2003 that provides home care in Nacka on behalf of Nacka Municipality. Today we have about 120 employees. We have two offices from which we operate, one in Ektorp Centrum in Nacka and one at Igelbodaplatån in Saltsjöbaden.

We strive for as high staff continuity as possible in our planning. At the offices, we have administrative staff who plan employees and clients in various geographical teams/areas throughout Nacka Municipality.

We are in the process of achieving a Star Rating in dementia diseases where our employees are currently being trained through the Swedish Dementia Centre's training program. Our goal is to have specialized competence in the area.

Our employees are nursing assistants and care assistants. We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars and electric bicycles, work clothes, wellness grants, and modern massage chairs at the offices where you can receive individually tailored massages before or after your shift. We work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and client interventions. Occupational pension is offered to all permanent employed trained nursing assistants.
