Description

The Finance Department is part of the municipal management administration, and you will be part of the municipality's central financial function responsible for overarching economic processes regarding customer invoicing, e-commerce, supplier invoices, budgeting, monitoring, year-end closing, and procurement/purchasing.

Responsibilities

You will work with the municipality's supplier invoice flow with a focus on e-commerce. Your tasks will include setting up agreements, importing price lists, price and deviation controls, as well as daily operation of system support and electronic flows. You will also assist in the municipality's supplier invoice process from order to payment of supplier invoices, including registration, reminders, support, register maintenance, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

You have a university degree in purchasing or finance and work experience in financial administration.

As a person, you are clear, analytical, driven, and development-oriented. It is an advantage if you have experience working with municipal finance or larger organizations. Since the central financial function supports the municipality's departments and employees, it is important that you are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
