ICA DE Stockholm is seeking an engaged and passionate Process Leader who wants to help develop a world-class operation where we focus on both employees and customers.

As a Process Leader with us, you will be part of the team for Operational Support DE Stockholm, where we work together to create the best conditions for warehouse operations through development and efficiency work, as well as coordination between central and local initiatives towards common goals. In the role of Process Leader, you will support the operation in improving our processes and strengthening compliance together with warehouse managers, team leaders, and warehouse employees. You will serve as an important link between central and local initiatives and contribute to developing the processes and working methods of Warehouse Operations. You will also actively develop tools and methods, coach, follow up, challenge, and drive development forward. Furthermore, in your role, you will collaborate and be part of a team with the central process leader, drive local projects, and improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience in logistics or a similar industry, experience in leading smaller projects, and good knowledge of presentation techniques as well as Excel and PowerPoint. You have a genuine interest in improvements and process development, are solution-oriented, innovative, and proactive. You are a methodical and structured communicator who speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
