Good Morning+ Malmö is a hotel with 259 rooms. We have 12 conference rooms, one of which accommodates up to 400 people. We are now looking for a receptionist to join our cheerful team:

Therefore, you need to be outgoing, proactive, sales-oriented, efficient, and have a naturally cheerful demeanor.

As a receptionist, you are the face of our hotel, and we place great importance on high service levels, enthusiasm, and personal suitability.

Responsibilities

The position includes traditional reception duties such as checking in and out guests, answering the phone, receiving bookings, invoicing, and more. The role involves working days, evenings, weekends, and nights as needed.

Qualifications

• Organized, efficient, punctual, service-minded, and have a strong work ethic.
• Stress-resistant. As the pace can be high at times, you need to be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize correctly. You do this naturally with a smile on your face.
• Good teamwork skills and solution-oriented as you often work independently.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel as a receptionist and experience with a booking system, preferably Mews.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
• Positive and want to have fun at work.
• Must be at least 20 years old to apply.
