As a beef boss, you will participate in the daily operations of our kitchen and ensure that all guests are served food of the highest quality and have a great overall experience during their visit with us. You will receive internal training through structured training programs and courses. If you have the desire and ability to advance and learn further, there are good opportunities for this within the company. Through further education and additional training, you can gradually expand your responsibilities and thus gain greater influence and the opportunity to affect the restaurant's daily operations.

The Position:

Main Responsibilities:

• Grill meat according to guests' wishes and be responsible for the preparation and presentation of food.
• Participate in the daily cleaning of the kitchen.
• Ensure that our standards regarding cleaning and hygiene are followed.
• Actively contribute to creating and maintaining a well-functioning collaboration and a good tone among colleagues.
