Conference and Guest Coordinator at The Norrmans Castle

Do you have an eye for detail, a burning interest in sales, and a passion for food and guest service? We are now looking for a driven Conference and Guest Coordinator with leadership responsibility who can create magical experiences for our guests at The Norrmans Castle and lead a small team within sales and guest relations.

About us

The Norrmans Castle is located on a beautiful island in the Häckeberga nature reserve, just outside Genarp, only half an hour from Malmö. With our unique atmosphere and fantastic environment, we offer our guests something beyond the ordinary. Here, our guests can experience both tailored conferences and delightful culinary experiences in a majestic setting. We strive to create memorable moments, and we want every guest to feel special and return time and time again.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a passionate salesperson, a service-oriented problem solver, and a person who always goes the extra mile to create the best possible experience for our guests. You will be responsible for a small team of employees, so you need leadership experience. We would like you to have a strong leadership profile if you have taken a personality test. You should be able to make quick decisions, be clear, and have an easy time getting straight to work and creating results. Additionally, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment and love to build strong customer relationships through personal service and proactive sales efforts. You need experience with hotel booking systems, preferably Visbook and Bookvisit, as these are the systems we work with daily.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably within the conference or event industry.
  • Are used to leading and have a clear leadership style with defined goals.
  • Are results-driven.
  • Are communicative and love to create new business opportunities via phone, email, and personal meetings.
  • Have a genuine interest in providing the highest possible service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
  • Are flexible, organized, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have experience working with hospitality from start to finish and enjoy building long-term relationships.
  • Are unpretentious and have no problem helping out in other departments of the castle if needed.
  • Have worked in booking systems before, and it is a plus if you have experience with Visbook.
