Stygga Stina is not just a business – it is a food idea with both heart and attitude. We are located in Kristianstad and cook food that you remember – for real. Hearty home cooking, indeed – but we call it home cooking art – a loving and creative interpretation of classic home cooking. We deliver well-prepared lunches and catering with care, sustainability, and joy as our guiding stars. Because we believe that really good food should not only fill the stomach, it should also evoke feelings.

We are now looking for a catering worker who wants to be part of it from the beginning. Here, we do not follow old paths – we tread our own trails. You will be part of something new, where structure and feeling go hand in hand. All food is ordered in advance, which means we decide how many portions we cook each day. No stress cooking, just a reasonable pace, good planning, and almost no food waste.

Since we know exactly how much is needed each day, we can keep among the lowest prices in the country – and still deliver food with love and quality in every bite.

This makes our food accessible to more people, and we like that.

We also have a heart for those who are struggling. Any leftover food is donated to local charities – nothing goes to waste unnecessarily.

With us, there is no hassle with cash registers, cash, or card terminals – all payments are made online. There is also no serving. Just cooking, plating, and pickup.

We work in a kitchen environment – and we are strict about one thing: everything must be clean, fresh, and well-organized. This is fundamental for both food safety and job satisfaction. Hygiene routines are followed not just because they have to be, but because we want to deliver food that we would want to eat ourselves.

You don’t have to think about menus – Stygga Stina has already done the work.

You will receive recipes, routines, and a clear daily plan so that you can focus on the fun: cooking good food and keeping an eye on the kitchen.

🍲 Has an interest in food that goes beyond microwaving pizza

You don’t need to be a chef or use French terms – but you should enjoy cooking from scratch. And no, "boiling pasta" does not count as advanced in our kitchen.

🧘‍♀️ Thrives in a pace where you have time to think and laugh

With us, it’s not full speed ahead – we plan wisely and cook smart. You like order, structure, and not having to stress yourself to death before lunch.

🧼 Understands that hygiene thinking is not a feeling – it’s a lifestyle

👩‍🍳 Have you worked in a kitchen, café, or similar? Great! But not necessary.

But the most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude. We can teach you most things – as long as you come with the right energy.
