Eatery Sweden AB operates concept restaurants for food and meetings with a local touch. Currently, we have 16 restaurants and conference venues from Åre in the north to Malmö in the south (both owned and franchised). In 2023, we also opened Eatery Garden at Arlanda, which is a variant of the concept. We also have our corporate restaurants, such as Social Kitchen, operated in collaboration with Schibstedt. Eatery serves between 5000 and 6000 guests per day.

We are looking for you!

We are now looking for a driven head chef to lead the operational work in the kitchen and help develop our restaurant to its full potential!

About the Role

As a head chef, you will work operationally and lead and distribute tasks to your colleagues. You will have personnel and financial responsibility for the unit. You are visible, present, and active in the operation, ensuring a high level of quality and service towards guests.

You have a strong culinary interest with solid experience and competence in cooking. You work responsibly with the goal of delivering a high-quality meal. Your focus will be, in addition to maintaining our quality and satisfied guests, to develop and drive the team forward.

In this role, you will also have administrative responsibilities within finance, inventory management, purchasing routines, and stocktaking.

About the Restaurant

We are a cheerful team of 3 colleagues who prepare and serve about 150 lunches every day. In addition, we also serve snacks and breakfast. We also handle catering and conferences daily.

We primarily work Monday to Friday, but evening and weekend work may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant culinary education and at least five years of documented experience in a restaurant kitchen. You have good cooking skills in both cold and hot kitchens. You have very good proficiency in both Swedish and English. Previous experience with personnel and financial responsibility is an advantage.
