Sous Chef Wanted at Eriksberg Vilt & Natur

Eriksberg Vilt & Natur is a unique destination where gastronomy, nature, and wildlife meet. We are now looking for an engaged and experienced Sous Chef who wants to be part of a wonderful kitchen team and contribute to a fantastic dining experience for our guests.

Eriksberg Hotel & Nature's operations continue to grow, and we are helping them expand their talented team with more experienced chefs who, together with our culinary leaders Peter J Skogström and Linus Hornwall, will develop the business!

As a Sous Chef at Eriksberg Vilt & Natur AB, you will have a responsible role in the kitchen and be an important part of their daily operations. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Working hours include evenings and weekends, so it is important that you are comfortable with that. A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car are also required for the position, as you need to be able to commute to and from the workplace.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of experience working in a kitchen, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience with Swedish home cooking and à la carte.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle responsibility.
• Accustomed to working evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef (preferred, but not required).
• Has the right attitude and mindset – humble, unpretentious, and solution-oriented.
