I am a 47-year-old man who, thanks to my personal assistants, can train, meet family and friends. I am active and work in a daily activity or enjoy my home in Älvsjö. My assistants help me with dressing, eating, personal hygiene, daily household chores, and communication with others. I walk-train both in the pool and at home with assistance, so you also need to enjoy moving and being strong.

I am looking for someone who wants to assist with thoughtfulness and care! To be an assistant for me, you need to be flexible and attentive to my needs. You must be able to remain calm regardless of the situation, and I would like you to be proactive in your work.

In addition to the role of personal assistant, you will have an extended responsibility as a team leader. To fit the role of team leader, you should be empathetic, service-oriented, and action-oriented. You need to have the ability to see what needs to be done and develop working methods to involve the entire assistance group. You will collaborate with another team leader who has extensive experience, and together you will form a team!

The assignment includes, among other things:

• leading the daily work and providing support and guidance to other assistants
• ensuring staffing in assistance together with staffing managers
• scheduling and planning based on the client's life
• recruiting and ensuring a good start for new assistants
• working with systematic work environment efforts

In other words, you will be an extra important piece of the puzzle in the client's assistance! Since the team leader responsibility is a particularly extended assignment, a responsibility supplement will be provided as compensation.

Scope: Approximately 30 hours/week according to a rolling four-week schedule. In my assistance, there are varied working hours, day, evening, night (on-call), and weekends. It is important that you can work at all different times and days for my assistance to function in the best way.

Start date: Introduction can begin immediately or by agreement.
