Job Description

In this role, you will work with:

  • Sales and customer support: Responsible for driving sales and providing technical advice in molecular biology, focusing on products such as digital PCR, NGS, qPCR, RNA/DNA purification, and protein quantification.
  • Customer meetings and training: Conduct customer visits and training to strengthen relationships and maximize the use of our products.
  • Creating new business opportunities: Establish new customer relationships and sell new products to existing customers.
  • Participate in marketing activities and networking: Attend conferences, trade shows, and collaborate with suppliers to stay updated and build valuable networks.

Responsibilities

As a product specialist in molecular biology at AH Diagnostics, you will play a central role in both sales and technical advice. You will work with our products and solutions that include digital PCR, NGS-library prep, qPCR, RNA/DNA purification, and protein quantification, as well as other innovative technologies such as western blot and sequencing. Your customers will primarily be in the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry, and academic research laboratories. If you are a self-driven person who enjoys building relationships and providing expert support to customers, this role will suit you perfectly.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you are a person with strong drive and passion for both technology and sales. You are motivated by creating long-term relationships and exceeding sales targets. You probably have:

  • An academic background, such as a master's degree in molecular biology, pharmacy, or similar, or practical experience with advanced laboratory techniques such as digital PCR, qPCR, RNA/DNA purification, western blot, or sequencing.
  • Several years of experience in a similar sales role within the lab or medical technology industry.
  • A good ability to communicate and create engagement by listening to customer needs and asking the right questions.
  • A structured and goal-oriented working style, where you thrive on working independently and taking responsibility for your workday.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
