We are looking for a Senior Business Controller for our client in the automotive industry. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an important role where you contribute to the company's financial strategy and profitability.

As a Business Controller within the Operations Controlling team, you will work proactively with financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with line managers to develop strategies, follow up on results, and ensure high quality of financial data.

You will play a central role in the financial communication regarding sales and cost performance at both product and customer levels. You will report to the head of Operations Control and be based in Vårgårda, Sweden.

Focus on manufacturing efficiency, volume, and sales at product and customer levels. Consolidate and analyze results and challenge the financial data provided. Ensure high quality in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and planning activities. Participate in projects to drive cost and profitability targets and ensure good communication with stakeholders.

At least 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and visualization tools. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, controlling, or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards. Experience in budgeting and forecasting as well as financial systems. Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of SAP and Moves is a plus).
