Job Description On behalf of Ziklo Bank (formerly Volvofinans Bank), we are now looking for dedicated customer service representatives with experience in service and customer contact who are passionate about achieving high customer satisfaction. Perhaps you are a recent graduate looking to enter the banking world, or you have experience in customer service and are looking for your next challenge? You will be part of a team of dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues who collectively strive to achieve good results. The position begins with an introduction to create the best possible conditions for you to succeed in your role. We are looking for someone who is responsible, humble, and meticulous. It is also important that you are a team player who is engaged in your work. Working hours are scheduled during the day, weekdays. The position starts on April 22nd. As a consultant, you will be employed by Amendo and leased to our client. Job Duties - Assist and provide the best possible service in phone calls with the company's customers, partners, and dealers - Administrative tasks regarding customer matters - Handle various issues such as invoice inquiries, car financing, and credits for guidance in the app and digital wallets - Create added value for customers by offering additional services to deliver an even better experience and service Qualifications and Attributes We are looking for someone who: - Has completed upper secondary education - Has fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Has good knowledge of MS Office - Has previous experience in a service-oriented role It is advantageous if: - You have experience in sales - You have experience working with service related to financial products and services - You have completed post-secondary education related to finance About Ziklo
