Customer Experience Manager

Your main task as a Customer Experience Manager is to be present in the daily work with a focus on ensuring that we provide a good reception where the customer is offered the right solutions for their needs, short waiting times, and a high store standard while you develop, follow up, and coach your employees. You are part of the store's local management team, and in addition to personnel responsibility for your team, you are jointly responsible with the other management team members for the overall operations and the store's results.

Your Role as Customer Experience Manager

For you, employees and customers are the most important. At the same time, you create good results by optimizing and following up the daily operations to ensure customer friendliness and efficiency. You have overall responsibility for your areas, employees, customers, and results. As a Customer Experience Manager, you lead by developing and coaching your employees to continuously offer a fantastic customer experience in all areas included in the role, such as customer satisfaction, financial controls, technical support, and merchandising. You are also responsible for recruiting, introducing, and further developing your team and ensuring the daily operations by leading and planning the business. You will be part of and work closely with your employees and be an important role model in the store.

The role of Customer Experience Manager requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service and understanding of operations and management in a retail chain. You have experience in sales with good results, are used to taking professional responsibility, and are a close-to-business person.
