Summer Temporary Position with Opportunity for Permanent Employment

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a coordinator/administrator in personal assistance, experience in the assistance profession, and who wants to work during the summer period of 2025. Your main task will be to manage the ongoing work with staffing and recruitment of substitutes during sick leave in the workgroups, as well as being available for clients and assistants for ongoing questions and matters.

The position is 100% and is divided between active time in the office, on-call time, and extra shifts as an assistant when needed that cannot be resolved within the existing workgroup.

You who are applying need to be flexible with your working hours, as some on-call time on weekends is included. A driver's license is a requirement. It is an advantage if you are used to working in the scheduling system Aiai.

Currently, we have two coordinators in the office, one of whom works 100% and the other 50%. We will provide you with the introduction you need to get started with the work. You will also have the opportunity to attend introductory shifts with experienced assistants in the groups where there may be a need for shifts as a personal assistant. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
