We are now looking for a personal assistant for our client, a man who needs help with most things in his daily life. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of his everyday life – a reliable and helpful assistant who supports him in living a good life. He is a caring and kind person. He lives in the countryside outside Deje, so you must be able to get there by car, 10 minutes from Molkom, 20 minutes from Forshaga, and 30 minutes from Karlstad. Our client lives with his wife and 2 dogs. After a stroke, he has significant care needs. There is double assistance during the day and awake night shifts.

About the role

As an assistant, you will be his support in daily life. Your tasks will be to be his arms and legs, but equally important is to be his voice, which means you must be able to speak and understand Swedish well.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a big heart and empathy. Someone who is attentive and can take their own initiative. Experience in the assistant profession is a plus but not a requirement, as personal chemistry and personality are more important; the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Putting the client in focus is a very important part of the job. You should have a strong work ethic and a passion for working with people.

You must not be allergic to dogs.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement, and other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: According to agreement, lasts as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
