ABOUT THE POSITIONS

Inre Kraft is now seeking more personal assistants for our clients in Bastuträsk and Norsjö.

Bastuträsk: We are looking for someone who wants to work in a permanent position of 75-100%, as well as substitutes and summer workers. For this client, there are varying working hours and double staffing around the clock. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends from 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, 23:00-07:00 (awake night), 15:00-07:00 (journal night).

The client is a man in his 30s with a great interest in motors who enjoys watching movies and motorsports. He needs your help in his daily life as he has Duchenne muscular dystrophy and a tracheostomy. It is an advantage if you have previous care experience, as well as experience with tracheostomy, breathing machines, cough machines, suction machines, and feeding tubes.

Norsjö: We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute and summer worker. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends from 05:30-15:15, 15:15-16:00 (24-hour shifts with journal night).

The client is a man in his 25s with autism. He is active and enjoys, among other things, working out at the gym and swimming at the pool. It is an advantage if you have previous experience with autism. You should also be alert, attentive, and good at reading body language. The assignment is of a supervisory and guiding nature.

Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

• Care education
• Experience with tracheostomy or similar

Employment rate: 100% + summer substitutes.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
