About the position

Your days will be varied and will involve a lot of customer contact. It is important that you enjoy creating, maintaining, and developing existing and new customer relationships. You will solve both daily challenges and find improvement opportunities for the future.
You will be responsible for new and additional sales of the company's wide range of services. You will work independently throughout the entire sales process, from prospecting, processing, developing tailored solutions to completed business.
You will also perform service/control/maintenance of fire protection installations, deliver/install and set up equipment at customer sites.
This position offers a varied role where the mix is between your own sales and installation/service of fire protection products.
As a cherry on top, the right person can develop into a district manager, still with a sales focus, but also with the opportunity to influence the execution of business and overall responsibility as well as personnel management, as we have ambitions to grow within the district.

About you

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in our customers and their questions about fire protection. Experience in the industry is a plus.
You have a strong desire to sell and win the business. You will make many calls to people you have not contacted before and visit many existing and potential customers. Your attitude is that every call leads forward. You embody Firesafe's values: Professional, Competent, and Engaged, and you are someone who wants to develop.
You can express yourself well in both speech and writing as there is a lot of contact with customers as well as internally. You have good computer skills and are used to working with planning and additional sales. A driver's license is required, and we cover a large area which may involve some travel, but mainly during the day.
Preferred locations are Skellefteå, Piteå, or Luleå.
