We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best customer service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be greeted with quality products at good prices, culinary inspiration, and interesting events.

As a salesperson, you are the face of the store and you provide our customers with the best service in a professional manner while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of salesperson with us, we see that you are ambitious, responsible, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by new challenges. You are a team player and together we exceed our customers' expectations.

The work is varied and includes all types of tasks that occur in the store, such as restocking, sales, and cashier work. Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with your own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, orders, quality responsibility, and social media.

The position is permanent at 30 hours/week. We are open when our customers want to shop, so working hours may vary – day, evening, and weekend.

• Experience and competence in retail sales is an advantage
• Experience and competence in service professions is an advantage
• Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures is an advantage

It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales. You enjoy working in a team and contribute to creating a good work environment. Furthermore, you like to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations.
