In the role of Workshop Coach at Niemi's Workshop in Kiruna, you will be a key person in a newly started workshop where you will help set routines and structures. Here, you will have an operational role where you drive and develop our business on-site. You will work closely with mechanics, service advisors, and workshop management to ensure that the workshop operates efficiently and that customers receive a top-class service experience.

As a Workshop Coach, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating workshop work, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that customer cases are handled smoothly. You will also be responsible for daily operations, bookings, and spare parts management. You are an important link between the workshop and customer reception and actively work to improve processes and quality.

This is an operational and responsible role where you have the opportunity to shape working methods and processes to streamline and enhance quality.

The position is full-time with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person who is wholeheartedly passionate about their work and has a strong drive. You have experience from the workshop or automotive industry, preferably as a customer receptionist or service advisor, and are now ready to take the next step in your career. You thrive in an environment where you can be close to daily operations and have a desire to develop working methods and processes.

You have a competitive and positive attitude and are driven by seeing results. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a customer receptionist, service advisor, or another relevant role in the automotive industry.
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Is a team player who enjoys challenging themselves and their colleagues.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required. Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form are also required.
