We are looking for an Agile Coach

We are looking for an Agile Coach with at least 5 years of experience for an assignment with one of our clients in Linköping.

As a consultant at Centric, you will receive a secure employment and gain valuable work experience through assignments with our clients. Responsibilities

As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with several teams at different levels of their agile development. Your assignment will begin with analyzing the current situation and planning efforts to implement improvements. Through coaching and change management, you will ensure that the teams develop and reach new heights.

Your profile and qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in agile coaching
• Experience in change management within organizations
• Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Certification as a Scrum Master
• Experience leading workshops
• Familiarity with working in a consultative role
• Relevant higher education
