About the position as product responsible pharmacist at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the pharmacy's success. The position is full-time or as agreed.

In the role of product responsible, you are responsible for ensuring optimal inventory management and that inventory economics and routines meet set goals. You are responsible for ensuring that daily product handling follows Hjärtat's routines and maintaining an optimal inventory each month. When needed, you will train your colleagues in the routines related to product management.

Welcome to our pharmacy in the heart of Malmö!

We are located at ICA Maxi Toftanäs and are one of the region's largest pharmacies, with good bus connections and free staff parking. Here, you will meet an experienced and dynamic staff group with a good mix of men and women. Together, we strive to create a workplace where we thrive, collaborate, and develop – every day.

As a manager, it is important to me that you feel secure and comfortable in the team. My leadership is based on openness, trust, and collaboration. We work together to make each day a little better – both for each other and for our customers.

We also have a high customer flow, which gives you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of prescription cases. Our customers range from those who need quick service to those seeking longer counseling. Additionally, we have a high proportion of animal prescriptions, as several veterinary clinics are nearby.

We are open 07-22 every day of the week.

The position is a permanent employment as a product responsible pharmacist. The position is full or part-time as agreed. A probationary period may be applied. Start date for the position will be agreed upon.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:
