Apoteket Bjuv is a smaller pharmacy with a close-knit team of four employees. The pharmacy is centrally located in Bjuv and has a stable operation with satisfied customers. We are now looking for a leader who can take the next step with the team by strengthening structures, coaching employees, and creating even more engagement in everyday life. Soon, the role is also expected to expand with broader responsibilities as the business develops, making this an exciting opportunity to step into the role.

As Pharmacy Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the pharmacy, focusing on both results and work environment as well as team development. You lead, distribute, and follow up on the work together with your colleagues and have overall responsibility for both the business and the staff.

In this role, you will particularly focus on:

• Motivating and coaching employees in their daily work
• Developing and implementing clear structures and working methods
• Creating participation and accountability within the team
• Driving the pharmacy towards set goals

This is a role for you who enjoys combining operational work with strategic leadership and who wants to make a real impact.

We are looking for someone with experience in the pharmacy industry who wants to develop as a leader. You do not need to be a pharmacist, but you have a good understanding of pharmacy operations and what it takes to make a team function in everyday life. Previous leadership experience is a merit, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are confident in yourself, enjoy structure, and have the ability to create engagement around you.
