Who are we?

At the Education Office in Norrköping Municipality, we work to develop and streamline our operations through digitalization. We strive to create modern, smooth, and tailored IT solutions that make a difference for both employees and residents.

Our team currently consists of 10 driven colleagues working as system administrators. We actively support our operations by managing and further developing IT support that facilitates daily work within the Education Office's activities.

We are passionate about simplifying processes, offering training, and creating innovative digital solutions. We are now looking for an engaged system administrator who wants to contribute to this development in our team!

Job Responsibilities

As a system administrator with us, you have an important role in ensuring that our IT systems function optimally and efficiently within the Education Office. You primarily manage and develop IST Administration and Skola 24, but you may also work with other systems within the educational sector.

You play a crucial role as a bridge between technology and operations. From needs analysis to implementation, you will contribute to making the systems work smoothly for our users.

You will train and support staff in using the systems, troubleshoot, and drive improvement efforts to optimize functionality. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that our digital tools meet the needs of the operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in system administration and a strong interest in digitalization and IT support. Experience in the education sector is also a plus.

You are a structured and solution-oriented team player who enjoys collaborating and thrives on supporting and educating users in a pedagogical manner. Your communication skills are strong, and you can explain technical issues in an easily understandable way.

We would like you to have experience in data maintenance, access control, and scheduling. Knowledge of IST Administration and Skola 24 systems is also viewed positively. If you have worked within a politically governed organization, we see it as an additional asset.
