About the position

We are looking for an accountant and payroll administrator who wants to work in a combined role where you will be responsible for both payroll administration and accounts payable. The finance department consists of three people, and you will be an important piece of the puzzle.

Job responsibilities

Payroll

• Management of the entire payroll process in the payroll program Flex applications
• Management of travel expenses, company cars, pensions, insurances, and other employee benefits
• Support for employees in payroll-related inquiries

Accounts Payable

• Registration and coding of supplier invoices in Exflow
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Reconciliations and follow-up of accounts payable
• Contact with suppliers regarding invoices and payments
• Participate in improvement work of routines and processes within the finance department

Qualifications

• Documented education in finance and payroll management
• At least 3 years of experience in similar tasks
• Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
• Knowledge of Flex applications or similar payroll programs, the invoice management system Exflow, and Microsoft Business Central is an advantage
• Digitally mature and curious about continuing to digitize finance processes
• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing
