Liseberg is one of the leading tourist attractions in the Nordics with 3.4 million guests annually. The operation consists of an amusement park, restaurants, theaters, and accommodations, employing around 530 permanent staff and nearly 3000 seasonal staff. Liseberg generates an annual revenue of approximately 1.4 billion SEK and is part of the Stadshus AB group, wholly owned by the City of Gothenburg.
The People & Culture function encompasses Liseberg's work related to employees and the employee experience – from recruitment and employer branding to system management and payroll. The function consists of three sub-departments: HR, Employee Service, and Employee Journey.

This is what a typical day looks like
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will support our Talent Acquisition Team in providing our guest operations and functions with new Liseberg employees to hire. Your tasks include:
- Participating in and conducting group interviews and individual interviews based on a competency-based approach
- Recruitment administration

Do you have what it takes for the ride?
- Studying HR or Human Resource Management full-time
- Available for work both during the day and in the evening
- Previous experience in recruitment (preferable)
- Experience in guest service, hospitality, or the restaurant and hotel industry (preferable)

Conditions
The positions are part-time jobs with a start in the fall or as agreed. Working hours are scheduled both during the day and in the evening, primarily on weekdays, but weekends may occur. The position falls under the Union's collective agreement.
