We are looking for a Talent Assistant at Lager 157, Gällstad

We are now seeking a Talent Assistant for our office in Gällstad to support our team in all matters related to talent acquisition, training, and HR administration. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and Operations and be an important part of recruitment, training planning, and employee development.

Your responsibilities:

• Training and Development: Plan and coordinate training programs for our employees and ensure that they align with our values and goals. Actively participate in training sessions and gather feedback from participants.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Post job advertisements, conduct interviews, and create a structured onboarding process for new hires. You will also work on maintaining our talent pool and ensuring a constant supply of talent.
• HR Administration: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding to create a smooth employee experience. Administer employment contracts and policies, and support our HR systems.
• Policy & Standard Management: Assist in the development of operational standards and ensure that all policies are updated and in accordance with company requirements.
• Organizational Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales and Operations to align HR and talent strategies with business goals.

Your profile

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• You are structured, proactive, and enjoy working independently while ensuring that your work aligns with our goals.
• You have a good ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and are driven by achieving results.

Qualifications:

• You have experience designing and implementing training programs and a good understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with HR systems and data management is a plus.
• You are accustomed to working in a dynamic and changing environment.
