ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 80% for our client in Holmsund, Umeå.

The working hours are as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 08:00 PM

The start date is negotiable, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a teenage girl with a great interest in music, play, exercise, swimming, outdoor activities, and spending time with her siblings. She needs your support as a personal assistant in her daily life, as she has cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, and epilepsy.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
• Support with transfers and tube feeding
• Communication using TAKK and visual aids
• Motivating and encouraging during exercise and play

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to working with people and the ability to analyze and understand others' needs. You are attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and have a positive attitude. We particularly value your ability to motivate and encourage when the client's own drive needs to be strengthened. It is a plus if you share the client's interest in outdoor activities. Personal suitability is highly valued, and the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• No allergy to fur animals
• Ability to tolerate chlorine/Swim
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a personal assistant
• Experience with TAKK

Employment rate: 80%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
