Broskolan is beautifully located in Svedjeholmen in the southwestern part of Örnsköldsvik. The school is an independent primary school with a confessional Christian orientation, offering grades F-9, after-school care, and two preschool departments. The school has approximately 140 students in mixed classes. In addition to educators, the school has functions such as school administration, student health, kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance. During the spring term of 2018, Broskolan worked on developing a pedagogy aimed at increasing students' physical well-being, participation, and results. This school development work will continue to be developed for the benefit of both students and educators in relation to teaching and education.

We offer you a stimulating job in our after-school care at Broskolan. We see the outdoor environment as an extended classroom, where staff work together with children on joyful creation and opportunities for creativity, relationships, and physical movement. We have an ongoing school development project with educators working in preschool, primary school, and after-school care. This takes place in the form of developing a health-promoting school where educators meet across unit and grade boundaries to enhance teaching and education at Broskolan. We strive to utilize each other's competencies from a holistic perspective, from preschool to primary school. You will work within the after-school care and be part of a team where you collaborate closely around students and teaching, as well as actively work with pedagogical planning. To ensure that students feel meaningful in their daily lives and recognize that they are constantly learning for life, you will help develop an interdisciplinary approach that creates a whole for the students.

The position is available from the start of the spring term 2025.

Together, we work to make students' school days as good as possible now and in the future. Broskolan applies a tobacco-free working time. For work with children and youth, a police clearance certificate must be presented before employment.
