In the role of nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our guests. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Villa Magnolia and Magnoliaträffen are two day activities for people with cognitive impairment located in the heart of Staffanstorp. They are centrally located with good communication options from both Malmö and Lund.

In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the guests' wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will help with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, activities, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our guests can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration.

Job Description

We are currently looking for one colleague for part-time to a permanent position with a probationary period with a workload of 75% with a start date to be agreed upon.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9:15 AM - 3:30 PM with shifts every third Saturday and on public holidays.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• A driver's license

We also consider it an advantage if you have specialized training in dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
