Läkargruppen Landskrona is a small doctor-led health center located in central Landskrona, where quality, accessibility, and continuity are the guiding principles.

We are situated in modern, bright premises that exude a calm and peaceful atmosphere, beneficial for both staff and patients.

We are a small, close-knit team that enjoys our work and greets our patients and colleagues with a smile. We are seven people; two doctors, two nurses, two nursing assistants, and one secretary who staff the clinic daily. A physiotherapist, psychologist, occupational therapist, and dietitian work part-time and come in a few days a week.

We have a high ceiling and everyone helps each other and works across professional boundaries when needed. During the summer months, we are a small group and need the help of a skilled, versatile junior doctor who can support the doctors as well as the other staff categories.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will meet patients of various ages and with different medical needs, which gives you the opportunity to use your medical knowledge and skills daily. Under supervision, you will handle patients who come for appointments and those who seek assistance digitally via our mobile app. You will also assist with patient administration and monitor the mailbox of the available doctor. Periodically, you may be needed in the lab and at the reception, responsible for sample collection and patient registration/payment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical license or a medical degree. You must have studied at a Swedish university or have worked at a Swedish hospital or health center. Experience as a nursing assistant and familiarity with venous blood sampling, EKG, etc., is a plus. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We place great importance on personal suitability.

You are confident in yourself and in your role as a future doctor and are not afraid to ask for help when you cannot. You have good judgment, are unpretentious, and communicate clearly. We want you to focus on your patients while also seeing yourself as part of a larger context; a part of the team and the organization.

Additional Information

The clinic's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The degree of employment and work period can be discussed, but our starting point is 100% and at least 8-10 weeks of service during the summer months. There is a possibility for an extended fixed-term employment in the fall. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
