As a Team Manager Pharmacy, you will drive the operations according to customer needs, expectations, and requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy complies with all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining high quality and safety standards. You will oversee the employees at the pharmacy and work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent service to customers. As a Team Manager, you will also coach employees to ensure their personal and business-related development. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving issues that may arise and actively managing processes to achieve the company's set goals. The role also includes managing absenteeism, ensuring compliance with business standards, and performance management. Other personnel matters will also be handled by you.

You will work closely with your colleagues internally but also handle some communication with customers.

The main responsibilities include:

• Lead the pharmacy's daily operations to achieve performance and financial goals. Analyze and report data.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with LMA and ensure the right conditions for staff's work tasks.
• Ensure staff performance, provide feedback, and support their development through continuous individual meetings and performance discussions.
• Work towards high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to changes and innovation.
• Identify and manage risks in the operations.
• Identify trends and patterns and ensure knowledge sharing for a unified working method.
• Be responsible for the department's operating costs.
• Implement, adapt, and ensure that KPIs are met according to the needs of the business.

Other tasks may also occur in the position.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Employment Type: Permanent full-time position, with a standard probationary period of six months.

Start Date: Immediately or as agreed.
