About the role We are now looking for an engaged and language-skilled customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and handling customer service calls from both Finland and Sweden. This means you will switch between Swedish and Finnish in customer interactions and provide professional service via phone, email, and other digital channels.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and messages from customers in Sweden and Finland.

• Providing support and advice on various issues related to products and services.

• Working to resolve customer issues efficiently and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with other departments to resolve more complex cases.

About you We believe you are a service-oriented person with a positive attitude and the ability to quickly understand customer needs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple cases simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Fluent skills in both Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or another service profession is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Basic IT skills and experience working with digital tools and systems.

Working hours and extent This is a full-time position with shifts scheduled during day and evening hours, as customer service is open around the clock. However, night work does not occur.
