About the Role

At Curonova Consulting AB, we are looking for a goal-oriented, independent, and solution-focused TSL Coach to join our team and work with the transition fund TSL. This is a temporary position at 50% with immediate start that will last for three months, with a chance of extension.

In the role of TSL Coach, you will contribute to individual development and provide support and creative solutions to achieve the common goal – helping our participants find their next job or pursue studies. You will do this by motivating, supporting, establishing plans, and following up on efforts aimed at bringing participants closer to the labor market, both individually and in groups.

A significant part of the job involves actively seeking job opportunities by building a network with local companies and employers. The role also includes administration in the form of documentation and reporting.

In this role, you will also work with the Employment Service's service “Rusta och Matcha” as needed.

The position is located at our office in Umeå where you will be solely responsible, but you will be part of a helpful and supportive team of Career Matchers, TSL Coaches, and Office Hosts at Curonova's other offices.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with at least seven years of full-time work experience. In the last seven years, you should have worked at least three years full-time in transition and have a good knowledge of the local labor market.

To qualify for the position, you also need at least 180 credits from a university/college or equivalent from a vocational school in areas such as human resources, sociology, business administration, or pedagogy, or at least one year of post-secondary education in areas such as labor and labor market issues, career guidance, or recruitment.

We prefer that you have a broad corporate network in the local area. You are fearless, unpretentious, and see opportunities where others see limitations. You take great personal responsibility and are persistent and patient, always striving to achieve set goals. You also have good communication skills and are service-oriented, finding joy and motivation in helping others. Additionally, you are structured and possess good administrative skills. Having good system familiarity and digital knowledge is a significant advantage.

To be considered for this role, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car, and you must reside in Västerbotten County.
