About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Angered Health Center.

You will come to a positive workplace with dedicated employees who work for continuous improvements. Närhälsan Angered is a well-established health center with over 12,200 registered patients. The population is young, often with children, and comes from all over the world.

We are located in bright, modern premises inside Angered Hospital, and in the same building are the specialist clinics with which we have a close collaboration. We provide complete primary care with specialist clinics in BVC, diabetes, cardiology, asthma/COPD, medical foot care, and dietetics. The health center has a counseling service with a psychologist and a social worker with CBT competence.

About the Job

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with the patient meeting being the focus. As a medical secretary, you are an important employee at the health center. Your main tasks consist of writing medical records in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses and other mail management, as well as local IT support. Reception work is not included, as we outsource that service, but cash work such as invoicing afterwards is included.

About You

You are a trained medical secretary. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in primary care. You have good knowledge and interest in working with digitalization. You also have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive. You enjoy working independently but also have good teamwork skills. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in business development. We also expect you to embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
